I had the pleasure of working with Ilya, and discovering his unique combination of taste and ability to execute. On our team, he consistently turned rough product ideas into polished, production-ready experiences. Ilya cares about aesthetics, clarity, and end-user flow, but he also moves fast to results, quickly producing high quality results. He can jump into any part of the product, figure out the real problem, and ship a clean fix, UX improvement, or brand-new feature without needing hand-holding. He’s reliable, collaborative, and easy to work with day to day. Any team building a serious product UI would be lucky to have him.

Ilya is who you want. Not only was he able to make quick changes anywhere in my project, he was a great communicator, had a sharp eye for design, and deeply understood the actual problems we were trying to solve. Works great independently. I felt like he was super straightforward and honest with me and transparent about his use of time. He's great because he has super deep developer skills but he also makes full use of the latest AI tools etc.
